Pablo's Story

Born in Bogotá, Colombia, in 1992, Pablo Narvaez's journey through the world of music is a testament to his diverse talents and unwavering dedication.

Pablo's musical exploration began at the age of 7 with singing and violin lessons, followed by guitar at 13, and trumpet at 15. This early immersion set the stage for a lifelong passion for creating and performing music.

​

In 2011, Pablo enrolled at Pontificia Universidad Javeriana in Bogotá, focusing on sound engineering. His time there was marked by a deep dive into Latin American music and a comprehensive education in composition, orchestration, counterpoint, and music history.

After graduating in 2018, Pablo delved into the Colombian music scene, contributing his compositions to big bands and jazz ensembles. His commitment to education led him to teach for various NGOs and the city hall, enriching the local community with his musical insights.

From 2017 to 2022, Pablo expanded his horizons, working as a record producer, audio engineer, and composer. His skills ripened, earning him a chance to pursue a Master of Fine Arts in Music for Motion Pictures and Contemporary Media at the Film Scoring Academy of Europe in Sofia, Bulgaria. Mentored by industry professionals, he graduated in 2023 with a wealth of experience.

Currently, Pablo resides in Europe, serving as a film composer, mixing engineer, and music producer. His work resonates with clients across the continent, offering immersive sonic experiences.

Recognizing his talent, the Film Scoring Academy of Europe rewarded Pablo with an internship, a testament to his dedication and skill as a student.
